Toque Craft Fair is an annual holiday market and community fundraiser hosted by Western Front. Welcoming over 4,000 visitors each year, Toque Craft Fair showcases a curated selection of vendors representing the very best of BC–based artists, craftspeople, and designers. This year Toque will take place from Dec 5 – 7, 2025.

We are inviting new individuals or groups to join our existing roster of vendors, and welcome your expression of interest via our open call. Applicants can request a full table or a half table that will be shared with another vendor.

Who can apply?

We welcome applications from makers working in textiles, ceramics, jewelry, glass, accessories, print, stationery, children’s gifts, homeware, pet gifts, body products, and other disciplines. All ages are welcome to apply.

Do I need to participate on all days of the fair?

Priority will be given to applicants who are available to participate all three days of the fair. However, we also welcome applications from those interested in sharing a half table on Friday and Saturday (Dec 5 – 6), or participating on Sunday only (Dec 7).

Is there a table cost?

As Toque Craft Fair is a fundraiser for Western Front, instead of a table fee, all applicants must be willing to donate 30% of sales in support of Western Front’s artistic program and heritage building conservation. All transactions will be managed by Western Front, through cashier stations positioned throughout the fair. 70% of your sales will be sent after the fair, by e-transfer or check, alongside a charitable tax receipt for your donation.

Deadline: Thursday, Jul 31, 2025, 11:59 p.m. PDT

Applicants will be informed by early Aug, 2025, if they have been successful.

If successful, applicants will be supported with a table, table cloth and chair(s), as well as management of all transactions and promotion across Toque Craft Fair’s website, social media, and press campaigns. Vendors will also receive a complimentary dinner and drink during our opening party, as well as some light refreshments during the weekend.
