Beverly Dobrinski

Bio:

Beverly Dobrinsky is a vocalist, composer, and voice teacher born in Winnipeg and based in Vancouver, Canada. Drawing inspiration from her Ukrainian-Canadian roots, she founded Zeellia, a performance and research project dedicated to the music of Ukrainian pioneer immigrants on the Prairies. Dobrinsky also directed the contemporary chamber ensemble The Hungry Ghosts and the women’s Balkan group Razom Sestre.
