Yang Jing is a composer and instrumentalist born in Xuchang, China, and based in Switzerland. A pipa virtuoso, her practice explores sound across centuries, cultures, and landscapes while bridging Eastern and Western musical traditions. Her works span solo, chamber, orchestral, choral, and theatre music, blending classical, contemporary, traditional, jazz, and improvisation.
