George Rahi

Bio:

George Rahi is a composer, sound artist, and instrument maker based in Vancouver, Canada. His work spans installations, instrument making, electroacoustic compositions, solo and ensemble performances, and works for radio, theatre, and public spaces. Through his practice, Rahi explores new hybrids between the acoustic, electronic, mechanical, and sculptural. He is a founding member of the percussion ensemble Gamelan Bike-Bike and art collective Publik Secrets.
