Lis Rhodes is an artist and feminist filmmaker based in London, England known for her density, concentration, and articulate sense of poetry in her visual works. Rhodes was a leading member of the London Filmmakers’ Co-op, and co-founder of Circles Women’s Film and Video Distribution, the first British organization to distribute the work of women film and video artists.
