Myfanwy MacLeod is an artist based in Vancouver, Canada. Working with collage, ceramics, drawing, performance, photography, and sculpture, she humorously explores an embodied and feminist relationship to the landscape. MacLeod uses comedy to explore perceptions of “high” and “low” culture through a lens of gender, privilege and value. Her long-standing interest in the issues which surround art in public spaces has resulted in several permanent and temporary works in the public realm.
