Istvan Kantor (a.k.a. Monty Cantsin) is an artist based in Toronto, Canada whose practice spans performance, video, installation, and mail art. His work has made use of robotics, sound, new media, and blood. In 2004, Kantor was awarded the Governor General's Award in Visual and Media Arts.
