Trinh T. Minh-ha

Bio:

Trinh T. Minh-ha is an independent filmmaker, writer, post-colonial theorist, and composer from Hanoi, Vietnam, based in Berkeley, United States. Her practice is positioned within the fields of feminist and postcolonial studies, and has culminated in experimental narratives across media. She has lectured internationally on film, art, feminism, and cultural politics, and is a distinguished professor in the departments of Gender and Women's Studies and Rhetoric at the University of California, Berkeley.
