Avis Lang

Bio:

Avis Lang is a researcher, writer, and editor based in New York City, United States. In the 1970s and 1980s, Lang worked in Canada as an art historian, writer, curator, and performer, and taught fine arts and women’s studies at a number of post-secondary institutions including the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University. She is a research associate at the American Museum of Natural History’s Hayden Planetarium.
