Kirk Tougas is an experimental filmmaker, director, producer, and curator based in Vancouver, Canada. His work reflects on the medium of film and its message, portraiture and self-imaging, and the interplay of image, sound, and time. Tougas is the founder of The Cinematheque, Vancouver.
