Amy Gogarty

Bio:

Amy Gogarty is an independent artist and writer based in Vancouver, Canada. She writes critical essays, reviews, and presentations relating to visual art and craft practice, and creates and exhibits both functional and sculptural ceramics. Gogarty studied painting at the Alberta College of Art (now Alberta University of the Arts), where she also taught visual art history and theory, and received her MFA from the University of Calgary.
