Margaret Fisher

Bio:

Margaret Fisher is a performance and media artist based in Emeryville, United States. Her interdisciplinary performance works pair gestural choreography with experimental visual theatre that often involves contact improvisation, language, props, music, and costume. Fisher is the creator of “cellular movement,” a technique that brings intense concentration to minute gestures. She is the co-founder and artistic director of the mixed-media production group MA FISH CO.
