Phyllis Webb

Bio:

Phyllis Webb was a Canadian poet and broadcaster 

Her writing, which often  was influenced by neo-Confucianism, metaphysics, feminist theory, and the work of the Black Mountain poets. Webb is an Officer in the Order of Canada and recipient of the Governor General’s Award, and taught creative writing at the University of British Columbia, the University of Victoria, and the Banff Centre.
