Hyein Lee

Bio:

Hyein Lee is an illustrator and motion graphics designer based in Vancouver, Canada. With a background in engineering, her work often takes the form of intimate, diary-like paintings that draw on autobiographical themes and depict lonesome, humble, and endearing monsters in melancholic settings. Lee is an associate professor at Emily Carr University of Art + Design.
