Shelly Kositsky is an interdisciplinary visual artist based in Vancouver, Canada whose practice primarily focuses on making wearables and textiles for performance. Kositsky’s practice is driven by her interest in iterating the poetry of specific actions and aesthetics through the body, investigating the activation of material objects through the body, and using the body as a sign in combination with aesthetics and movement.
