Sharon Thesen

Bio:

Sharon Thesen is a poet, editor, and educator born in Saskatchewan and based in Lake Country, Canada. While teaching English and creative writing at Capilano College in the 1970s, Thesen was involved with The Capilano Review as poetry editor. She is an emeritus professor of Creative Writing at UBC Okanagan, and runs her own series of workshops on various aspects of poetry and poetics—from elegy to investigatory to the long-form poem.
