Bio:

Laurie Anderson is an artist, musician, and filmmaker based in New York City, United States. Since the 1970s, Anderson has produced multimedia performances that focus on language, technology, and visual imagery. A pioneer of electronic music, her work straddles the avant-garde and popular culture.
