Raw and Cooked was a monthly open-call program for new artists to perform experimental and new works of all forms in a Sunday evening cabaret-style event. 

The evening featured The Beauticians (violins, guitar, voice), Joanna Chapman-Smith (sound and spoken word poetry), Chrystalene (spoken word poetry), The Creaking Planks (new music), That’s My Brain… and You’re Killing It! (spoken word poetry), and Geoff Thompson (voice).
