International Circuit of Electroacoustic Music: University of Victoria

Description:

Organized by Barry Truax, the International Circuit of Electroacoustic Music (ICEM) was a network of composers who exchanged taped electronic music in the mail. 

This concert featured electronic/computer music by composers from the University of Victoria’s music department.
