Organized by Barry Truax, the International Circuit of Electroacoustic Music (ICEM) was a network of composers who exchanged taped electronic music in the mail. 

This concert featured works by David Keane, Hugh Le Caine, Alexina Louie, Phillippe Ménard, Barry Truax, Paul Pedersen, and Donald Wallace.
