On Happiness and the Virtues of Field Transit

As part of the concert series Time Flies, electronic musicians Sam Ashley and Ben Azarm debuted their collaborative piece On Happiness and the Virtues of the Field Transit. The performance involved sounds generated and processed through algorithmic systems, and live musical performance. The piece was designed to exploit the underlying principles of perception, to blur and realign the distinction between reality and fiction, and offer audiences an excuse to enjoy the creative potentiality of chaos.
