Description:

Sex Sells was a silent auction fundraiser featuring new work by over eighty Vancouver-based artists working in drawing, photography, painting, mixed media, sculpture, text, and music. The public was invited to browse the works slated for auction during a week-long Sexhibition curated by Judy Radul that culminated in a “Climactic Gala Sextravaganza.” The evening featured music by Don Chow and a raffle of items donated by businesses ranging from bookstores, to tattoo parlours, piercing parlours, and restaurants.

Participating artists generously donated half of their proceeds to Western Front’s artistic program.
