While in residence at Western Front, Noel Harding developed a new video work titled Out of Control. The fifteen-minute video is a fast-paced tale of sex, power, and intrigue in high places inspired by the story of G. Gordon Liddy.Out of Control stars Eric Metcalfe and Elizabeth Chitty, with voice overs by Baynard Palmer, and music by I and I.
