This single-channel video production by Norbert Brunner documents a video collage played on a television monitor. The video opens with voiceover narration by Hank Bull, in which he states: "The association I deliver calls up in the view a definite symbol. I, the deliverer, the cause of these associations, am myself a translation of translation-induced associations. My effect is sedative."
