Raw and Cooked was a monthly open-call program for new artists to perform experimental and new works of all forms in a Sunday evening cabaret-style event. 

The evening featured performances by INWno.4, the ensemble of Lee Hutzulak (amplified guitar and sundries), David Leith (field recording laptop and sundries), and Rachael Wadham (piano and sundries); Kiku, participants from Western Front improvisation workshops; Wendy Atkinson (bass) with David Lester (guitar); The Pivot, with Ben Wilson (drums), Dave Shakur (double bass), Fabienne Lacroix (clarinet), and Stephen Flach (vibraphone); and sea shanties by The Creaking Planks.
