While conducting research in Vancouver, The Banff Centre artist-in-residence Petre Nikoloski delivered an artist talk in the Grand Luxe Hall. He spoke about his site-specific sculptural practice, focusing in particular on his decade-long project The Magic Forest (1989–99) and its engagement with nature, prehistory, and community. Nikoloski also offered reflections on the contemporary art scene in Macedonia.
The evening was introduced by Hank Bull.
