Western Front presented a one-day reception and exhibition of work by photographers Zhao Hunggang, executive council member of the Chinese Photographer Association; Lin Shaozhong, editor-in-chief of International Photography Magazine; and Lu Xiangyou, vice director of the photography section of the China News Service.

The artists had travelled from China to document military installations across Canada.

Western Front is a non-profit artist-run centre in Vancouver.
