Description:

While in residence, Bruno Zhu of A Maior led Shop Literati, a series of workshops with local writers to develop the novella Retail Vérité: Vancouverama (2026). Vancouverama is the second novella in the Retail Vérité series, which navigates thoughts on commerce, fashion, and popular culture to draw a portrait of contemporary retail phenomena. He also presented an artist talk at Emily Carr University of Art + Design. Zhu was also an artist in the Wishing on My Falsies exhibition at Western Front.
