X’s and O’s

Description:
Developed while in residence at Western Front, Margaret Dragu’s performance X’s and O’s is comprised of a series of movement studies that use the shape of an “x ”and an “o” as a map, floor plan, idea, magic ritual, and game to consider space and design.
Based on controlled improvisation, this performance of X’s and O’s in the Grand Luxe Hall also incorporated live music, slides, and Super 8 footage.
