X’s and O’s

Description:
Developed while in residence at Western Front, Margaret Dragu’s performance X’s and O’s was a series of movement studies that use the shape of x’s and o’s as a map, floorplan, idea, magic ritual, and gameplan to consider space and design.
Based on controlled improvisation, X’s and O’s also incorporated live music, slides, and Super 8 footage.
