The American Poetry Archive program included documentation of George Oppen reading “Seascape: Needles Eye,” and Robert Duncan reading from Dante Etudes and other poems on February 23, 1987; and Mary Oppen reading a selection of prose works, including excerpts from her biography Meaning A Life (1978) on November 29, 1978.

The evening also featured documentation from Nancy Cole’s solo performance Gertrude Stein’s Gertrude Stein in the Grand Luxe Hall on November 18, 1975.
