Pianist Al Neil was joined by Howard Broomfield, David Lee, Martin Bartlett, and Alex Varty for an evening of improvisation across music and poetry. The performance brought together pre-recorded tapes, live readings, slides, costumes, and a sculptural assemblage from Carole Itter’s Rattles series that was activated as an instrument.
Presented as part of the Western Front Piano Festival.
Video documentation is available upon request.
Curated by Hank Bull.
