François Barrière

Bio:

François Barrière was a music composer and pianist based in Paris, France. Her electroacoustic compositions were frequently inspired by extra-musical themes, drawing from literature, radio, and social events. In 1970, Barrière co-founded the Experimental Music Group of Bourges (GMEB), independent of the traditional classical music sector.
