Luke Fowler is an artist, filmmaker, and musician based in Glasgow, Scotland. With an emphasis on communities of people, outward thinkers, and the history of the left, Fowler makes cinematic collages and para-documentaries that explore the limits and conventions of biographical filmmaking.
