Ian Carr-Harris

Bio:

Ian Carr-Harris is an artist, writer, and educator based in Toronto, Canada. Often working with domestic materials, Carr-Harris’s practice focuses on installation, sculpture, video, and text. His work investigates knowledge and ordering systems and the intersections between memory and technology. Carr-Harris is professor emeritus at OCAD University, and in 2007 was awarded the Governor General’s Award in Visual and Media Arts.
