Cecily Nicholson

Bio:

Cecily Nicholson is a writer, arts administrator, independent curator, and activist based in Vancouver, Canada. She is the author of Triage (2011), From the Poplars (2014), and Wayside Sang (2017), which was the recipient of a Governor General’s Literary Award for poetry. As an administrator, Nicholson has supported programs at the Surrey Art Gallery and Gallery Gachet. She is part of the prison abolitionist group Joint Effort.
