Description:

A reading group on Mercedes Eng’s Prison Industrial Complex Explodes: A Poem (2017), presented as part of the hybrid exhibition Everything is in the language we use. The session was facilitated by Cecily Nicholson. Excerpts from Eng’s book, PDFs of the texts printed for the exhibition, as well as an audio recording of Eng and Nicholson reading sections of the book were available for download on the Western Front website.
