Five of Five was an ensemble led by musician Tom Hajdu while a visiting scholar at Simon Fraser University between 1983 and 1985. The group focused on creative approaches to structured improvisation. The musicians included Barry Barrington (piano), Brett Dowler (trumpet), Tom Hajdu (percussion), Graham Howell (saxophone), Ward Hunting (bassoon), Finn Manniche (cello), Nancy Riecken (flute), and Rod Yates (tuba).
