Tom Shandel

Bio:

Tom Shandel is a writer and documentary filmmaker based in Cowichan Bay, Canada. Since the 1960s, Shandel has written and produced documentaries for film, television, and radio. He has worked with Canadian and international broadcasting organizations including the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and the National Film Board of Canada; Channel 4, England; and the Public Broadcasting System, United States. He is the president of Getaway Films Incorporated.
