Jeska Slater

Bio:

Jeska Slater is an artist based in Vancouver, Canada. Her work combines traditional Cree teachings and value systems with visual art, hip-hop, and graffiti. Slater is the founder of Littlecrane Beadworks, an accessories line that combines traditional beadwork with contemporary design; and Youth Artist Warriors, a creative mentorship program for emerging Indigenous artists.
