Alex Morrison

Bio:

Alex Morrison is an artist based in Vancouver, Canada. He works across drawing, painting, video, sculpture, and installation to explore histories of activism, rebellion, domestic architecture, civic spaces, and the avant-garde. He combines the aesthetics of craft with the language of protest, looking at subculture alongside legacies of colonialism and religious power. Morrison is represented by Monte Clark Gallery, Vancouver.
