Matchbox Purveyors

Description:

The Matchbox Purveyors was a performance collective formed in London, England by Ian Hinchliffe and Mark Long. Their absurdist strain of performance combined jazz music, vaudeville, and comedy. Other members have included Patti Bee, Lol Coxhill, Roger Ely, Gerry Fitzgerald, Jude Morris, Kevin O’Connor, and Dave Stephens.
