Richard Martel
Bio:
Richard Martel is a multidisciplinary artist based in Montréal, Canada. As a performance artist, writer, curator, theorist, and teacher, Martel is interested in the dissemination of avant-garde principles and practices in contemporary art and cultural production. He is the founding member of the contemporary art journal Inter, art actuel and is a co-founder of the artist-run centre Le Lieu, Quebec City.
