Description:

Andreas Nieman’s performance Pre/Post Mortem 1986 reflected on Vancouver in the wake of Expo 86. The stage was delineated by lit taper candles arranged in a keyhole shape on the floor of the Grand Luxe Hall. A slideshow of images of Vancouver and Expo 86 marketing materials were projected at the back of the stage, and framed by two monitors.
