Adults Are So Last Year
Description:
Adults Are So Last Year was an event that invited kids of all ages to collaborate with artists and musicians in a series of activities, games, and projects exploring media art, music, and visual art. Gabi Dao created a foley station to explore film sound effects; Alanna Ho and community-ensemble Gamelan Bike Bike led activities to make noise with everyday objects; and Roxanne Charles facilitated a collaborative weaving using recycled materials.
The event also included a barbeque on the back deck with hot dogs and ice cream.
