Description:

Carnatic vocalist Vidyasagar Vankayala and percussionist Curtis Andrews led a demonstration and workshop on the essentials of South Indian music.

The workshop preceded a concert of Indian compositions in the Grand Luxe Hall that featured Andrews and Vankayala alongside musicians Jared Burrows (guitar), Colin Maskell (flute/saxophone), Prabha Sivaratnam (violin), and Karthiga Parmeswaran (veena).
