Western Front’s 32nd Anniversary Gala and Art Auction featured a catered dinner by Pan-O-Pan, wine by Summerhill Pyramid Winery, musical performances by Sangha and Neeza, and a live auction of works donated by over thirty artists.The auction featured works by Vikky Alexander, Marian Penner Bancroft, Sabine Bitter and Helmut Weber, AA Bronson, Lorna Brown, Miguel da Conceicao, Sarah Edmonds, Geoffrey Farmer, Antonia Hirsch, Hadley+Maxwell, Germaine Koh, Silvia Kolbowski, Euan MacDonald Kyla Mallett, Damian Moppett, Nicole+Ryan, Shannon Oksanen, Manuel Piña, Jayce Salloum, Kevin Schmidt, Derek Sullivan, Corin Sworn, T&T, Ron Terada, Mina Totino, Ian Wallace, Neil Wedman, and Etienne Zack.
Proceeds from the auction supported Western Front’s year-round art and music programs. A preview of the works took place in the Grand Luxe Hall on Mar 2, 2005.
Presented with support from Chernoff Fine Art Framing, Denbigh Design, Flower Factory, and Opus Framing and Art Supplies.
