Western Front hosted artist tobias c. van Veen for a talk as part of an external Upgrade! Vancouver program organized by Kate Armstrong.He considered his involvement in tactical media and technoculture past, present, and future; including a brief overview of the work of < ST >, his net-art project Document 9-1-1, his work with random chance operations and scripts for turntable and laptop performance, as well as his involvement with sonic psychogeography.
