Living in the Library was an exhibition that activated the gallery into a reading room. For the duration of the show, visitors were invited to browse Western Front’s print archive of local and international artist’s books, catalogues, and magazines, and access a number of electronic publications on CD-ROMs.
As part of the program, Western Front hosted a launch party and panel discussion with BOO editors Michael Barnholden, Dan Farrell, Deanna Ferguson, Phil McCrum, Reid Shier, and Mina Totino, and a talk by Laiwan titled Information and Visual Experience: A Taoist Approach.
Presented in partnership with Artspeak.
