Description:
Between Here and There, Now and Then was a screening of archival footage from Western Front's archive curated by Liz Park as part of the Perspectives on an Archive residency.
Between Here and There, Now and Then presented works that captured the experience of a journey in time and space. The selected works articulated a sense of disconnect as a result of running into physical, psychological, or sociological borders on these literal and metaphoric journeys. With strategies ranging from humour to poignant metaphors, the works offered divergent understandings of human movement and border crossings.
