German Video and Performance Art

Description:

German Video and Performance was a touring series of performances, installations, video productions, and presentations by four artists: Ulrike Rosenbach, Klaus vom Bruch, Jochen Gerz, and Wulf Herzogenrath. The program was initiated by director of Goethe Institute of Toronto, Dr. Rolf Dencker. 

Events took place in the Grand Luxe Hall and at the Vancouver Art Gallery and featured artists Ulrike Rosenbach, Klaus vom Bruch, Jochen Gerz, and Wulf Herzogenrath. 

In addition to the presentation in Vancouver, the program toured to various spaces in Toronto, Banff, Montréal, Ottawa, and San Francisco.
